Ok so Percy jackson and Harry potter have a lot in commom. For example they both have magical creatures. But charcter wise they do have A LOT. I need to say this idk is this is a thing but i'm not going to say 'percy jackson' or 'harry potter' when i mention the books in this, i'm just going to say pj and hp. Now let's get started.

1. triossss

In both book series they have trios. AND there's more to the trio thingy. They both have 1 girl and two boys. The girl is supposed to be the smart one (like Hermione), the other friend is suppsosed to be loyal (like ickel Ronniekins). I just need to write this line that fred said "don't worry ickel ronniekins is safe with us" It's sooooo goood. anyways.

2.  Main charcter

This other thing is that look Harry has green eyes like lily evans (have to put last name otherwise it could be his kid). And Percy well... also has green eyes.  Harry has black hair or as Ginny says 'his hair is as dark as a black board'. Anyways, Percy also has black hair. Like the only difference in the face is that Harry has his scar but Percy human doesn't have one.

3. Old people 

Ok in both books they have old people. In Harry potter it's Mcgonagall and Dumbledore or as madam maxime says dumbly dore. And in Percy jackson it's Chiron and that Dionysus human. And in both hp and pj the old people are fond of the main charcter. Well at least one. In hp it's both and in pj I think it's only Chiron I don't think the d teacher (I can't write the name) like percy very much. 

4. Finding the world

In both books we and the main character start off not knowing which world they're from. Percy doesn't know about camp half blood and all that stuff. And Harry doesn't know he is from the magical world with 'hogwarts hogwarts hoggy warty hogwarts'. Anyways yeah that's it.

5. Family

Ok in both the main character lives in a house where they don't like certain people. For Harry it's dudley, petunia and vernon and maybe marge. For percy it's smelly gabe. I actually don't know if his actual name is smelly gabe or is it like a fake name. And why out of every pet name you choose ickle duddykins. Even dudley and vernon doesn't like it.

Ok this is part two. I think I have more ideas. Ok some of these are a bit dumb but hey sometimes everyone can be dumb!? Well not everyone but still. 😁🙃😑👽👾. Sorry I just found out that I can do that and it's soooo fun!!!!!!!!! Sadly there are not any Harry Potter ones. Anyways lets get started.

1. Are the any computers in the ministry of magic?

In every single letter that the ministry writes (execpt the one from percy in the goblet of fire) the writing is the same. And you might say well maybe they all write the same? Ok no one will say that but if you see in their signtures (spelled it wrong) they have different writing. So in the books why don't they have different writing? You also might say that it's the printing that made it do it but in the Goblet of fire when ron sends a letter to percy about crouch he sends it in his own writing so they clearly have different fonts to use so why don't they? That's why I say they have computers because normally computers write like that.

2. The trace is a bit strangee

Ok you know that the trace tracks underage wizards or witchs who do magic. Ok so there are literally 6 UNDERAGE WIZARDS AND WITCHS DOING MAGIC DURING THE BATTLE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MISTERIES!! So why didn't the trace give all six of them a letter? You might say ok they used it in a life threating thing so it's ok. But you know fudge, he'll do anything  to punish someone. AND just because they did it in front of wizards it still doesn't make sense becuse then ron would be doing magic 24/7 in their house because it's full of wizards.

3. Wizarding Jobs

There are very less job options in the wizarding world. You can either work in the ministry (that's for the people who actually want to work for fudge), at Hogwarts, at st mungos and in diagon alley. I mean that's really less and what if all the jobs are taken then what do you do? Transfrom into a house elf and work for the Malfoys? Like how do you get a job here? The only job you can get at Hogwarts every year is the d.a.d.a job which no one wants to take as it cursed by Voldy. The ministry well.... who wants to work for fudge the dumbest minister for magic ever? And at st mungos you have to be veryyyyyyyy good as they want an n.e.w.ts in transfiguration, charms, potions, herbology and like 2 more subjects. So really just MAKE MORE JOBS.

4. How old is Hermione?

We all know that Hermione is already a year older than Harry and Ron so how old is she now? Look according that J.K.'s rules when you go back in time when you come back you age the amount of time you went back. So look after the prisinor of azkaban she should like age about 1 year. If she gained a year in age she go in the next year i mean she is pretty smart. If she is like 16 in her fourth year she might not even know that she's 16 she justs thinks that she's 15. WOW that's weird.......

5. Animaguses

Ok an animagus is a person that can tarnsfrom into a animal at will. My only question is HOW DO YOU GO TO YOUR ANIMAL FROM AND BACK? Like do you tell your brain to change it ok do you press a button like a robot? Just Kidding definetly not a button. But what do you do? Do you like take a bath and then you'll be in your animals from? That's dumb but all of my myths are a but dumb. Oh maybe you say something to change? Or maybe you say a spell?

So in the books there are many plot holes and most of them are already explained. So I just going to round the last of them up and explain why they make no sense to me. This is just going to be just like after the 1 wizarding war they were rounding the last death eaters. IDK if that made any sense but let's just get started.

1. Harry, Ron and Hermione food

So in the deathly hallows the trio goes hunt for voldemort's horcruxes right? My only qeustion is WHERE AND WHEN ON EARTH DO THEY EAT? Yeah but why is it so hard to find food? The rule is you can transfer food to you if you know where it is so you can't just get food out of thin air. But the trio knows where the hogwarts kitchens are so coundn't they just transfer the food from the kitchens to the forest? Oh yeah fun fact Hermione still doesn't give up on s.p.e.w. in the deathly hallows.

2. How expensive is wands?

Ok we all know that wands are like really not cheap. Harry's wand (i think) costs seven galleons which in muggle money is like 42 euros. But what about the weasleys? Like in the chamber of secrets when they were getting money out of the vault there was  1 galleon and a couple of sickels. So how did ginny get her wand because no one else except Bill who was in egypt.  And it's not just then in general is you don't have like 1 billion euros how do you pay for 7 kids?

3. Why didn't the minstrey use the truth tell potion?

So when the death eaters were put on trail (don't judge if a spelled it wrong) they minstrey was just qeustioning them if they were deathe eaters. But if think they are dumb because they could just use veritersum. First stun them (lie dumbledore did) and then use veritersum. Simple. Like they are really reallly dumb in general.

4. Why didn't Voldemort make the death eaters make the unbreakable vow?

So when you make the unbreakable vow you have to do your promise otherwise you die. Yeah bit werid isn't it? So Voldemort wanted a whole bunch of death eaterss right? So couldn't he just make the unbreakable vow with each of his death eaters about staying with him for the rest of their life? Yeah when I say Voldemort is dumb I mean dumb.

5. Thestrals

For me I don't really understand thestrals. Ok we know that if you wittnessend death yuo can see the thestrals right? But are Thestrals magical? Well yes they are but is it like they only show themselfs to people who have wittnessed death?  Or is it when a witch or wizard who has wittnessed deathcan only see it? I really don't get it. And how many times have I said the word really? I don't know.

6. TROLL IN THE DUNGEN!

Ok I think I will spell dungen wrong but don't judge. Anyways I thought the safest place on earth is hogwarts? Then why is there a troll in the dungen? I know it's suppoesed to be a obstecal guarding the stone but couldn't they think of something else? Dumbledore probably knows that Harry might go after the stone so why wouldn't he make the obstecals a bit you know child friendly? And it's not like Voldemort's death eaters know where the stone is (besides quirlle and I spelled that wrong too). And you know how Dumbledore told them to go back to their dormitories? Well funny thing is that the slytherin common room is in the dungen.

7. How do durmstrang know Voldemort?

Ok so at the end of the fourth book Dumbledore does his speech about unity and stuff like that because Voldemort is back. But there is another dark lord grinderwald who went to durmstrang. So wouldn't the durmstrang students think there is only one dark lord? How do they know Voldemort? Voldemort never went to any other country besides brittan and albania. Maybe french people know voldemort because they don't have another dark lord and france is closer to scotland than bulgaria. Oh yeh fun fact Hogwarts is located in scotland.

There are loads of Hp (I'm writing hp as in the story not the laptop thing) quotes and all of them are da best. I'm just going to list the quotes and explain why i like them. I will also write who said them and which book it what said. Some of the quotes are from the Movies and some are from the books just to be warned now let'a get started.

This quote was one of  the most popular quotes but it's SOO AMAZING! So in the first book Hermione is like hates breaking the rules even if it's for a good reasson it's weird. And another thing that's funny is that Hermione hate breaking the rules so much that she thinks that being expelled is the worst thing ever.

This is the best quote in the chamber of secrets it's when Harry freed Dobby. Dobby serves the Malfoys (I still don't know how he ened up with the Malfoys) bad dark wizards as Dobby calls them. Dobby is very weird because most house elfs hate to be freed but to be honest that's probably because they serve good families. 

There's no need to call me sir professor ~ Harry Potter half blood prince

When Snape finally gets the d.a.d.a job in his first lesson he calls Harry sir. It's so funny and at least he didn't call him Snape. Harry got detention and when he went to Dumbledore Dumbledore says that he already got detention under his belt which I don't think Harry found as a complement.

Turn to page 394 ~ Severus Snape prisinor of azkaban

In the third book when Snape covers for Lupin as d.a.d.a teacher everyone hated him because he went way futher to teach were wolfs when they actually was due to learn hinkypuffs (I think that's what it is called). The reason That snape wanted to teach were wolfs is that when they finished they're home work they would figure out that Lupin is a were wolf. Well too bad snape because your plan backfired and onl Hermione figured out that Lupin was a were wolf but she didn't tell anyone.

That girl needs to sort out her prioities ~ Ron Weasley philospher's stone

I the first book when Hermione tells them off and says that being expelled is the worst Ron says that which is amazing. It shows that Harry and Ron don't care about breaking the rules if it's for a good reason. It's also really funny because it is actually really true she doesn't really know her prioities.

This is the most popular harry potter quote ever. It's like 1 word but it's the best line in da seires. In the prince's tale when Dumbledore asks Snape after all this time he answers always (ir's handy so I can always write always). 

My father will hear about this ~ Draco Malfoy umm in every book?

It's the line the Draco says like in every single book when he angry kinda. I have no ldea why he says my father but never his mother. I mean your mother also exists. Even in the sixth book when his father is in askaban he doesn't say my other will hear about this.

The sorting hat is the smartest hat of all time. The sorting hat sorts people normally correctly into one of the four houses : Gryffindor, Hupplepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. Believe it or not the sorting hat has sorted people wrong sometimes here is a list of 7 times the sorting hat sorted people wrong I will also include what houses they should have been in.

1. Peter Pettigrew                                                                                                              Peter Pettigrew is a marauder and like every other marauder he was sorted into Gryffindor. Gryffindors are brave but Peter isn’t at all brave in fact he’s the opposite. Peter likes to be around people who are brave so they can protect him to be honest though I don’t think James, Sirius and Lupin even cared about him. I would definitely not put him in Hufflepuff because he is definitely not loyal. I would put him in Slytherin not because he was a bad person only because he is a bit determined. 

2. Percy weasley

Percy is a weasley and you might think he should be in Gryffindor because of that but really I don’t think so. Ok maybe he was brave but other than that he doesn’t really have any Gryffindor traits. You know I don’t think he is that brave because he can’t even admit that the ministry is wrong and you-know-who (I wrote you-know-who because that’s what the weasleys call him) is back. I think he should also be in Slytherin because he is VERY ambitious.

3. Luna Lovegood

Luna is a really nice Ravenclaw but I don’t think she should be in ravenclaw. She doesn’t really have any Ravenclaw traits. She is braver than any other Ravenclaw (I think you can see what I’m going for right now) and that’s not even a Ravenclaw trait. Personally I think she should be a Gryffindor because he is very brave and loyal (though loyal people aren’t in Gryffindor). 

4. Vincent Crabbe

Vincent Crabbe is one of Draco’s friends (why do I think it’s weird calling him by his first name). Crabbe is not really cunning or determined like most slytherins. Crabbe never really acts like a slytherin and I think he will never act like one. I think Crabbe is more of a Hupplepuff. I think you’re like why is he a Hupplepuf. First of all he is very loyal to his friends Draco and Goyle which is a Hufflepuff trait. 

5. Remus Lupin

Remus Lupin is another one of the Marauders. This one is more of a second house than he is only that house one. Anyways he is  more shy and a bookworm than any other Marauder. You might see where I'm going with this but I have to say that his second house is definitely Ravenclaw. I’m saying that’s his second house because he is brave and that’s a Gryffindor trait (I did not rhyme on purpose). 

6. Sirius Black

Sirius is another one of the Marauders. And this one is also a second house one. Anyways he is very brave and is very loyal as well. Notice I said loyal. When it comes to friends he is loyal but when it comes to family… I’m not sure if he’s loyal or not for obvious reasons. I’m saying second house because he is not scared  to bully Snape and I think that he is the one that created the thing Snivilius Snape. 

7. James Potter 

James is another one of the Marauders. This one is a second house thing as well. Anyways,  James  is a Gryffindor and no one can deny that. But to be honest I think he is also a Slytherin like Harry. James is very cunning, a trait that Slytherins has but he is also very brave, a trait that Gryffindor has. And don’t get me wrong Slytherin is not a house for bad people nor I think it will ever be but James is very cunning so that’s why I think the way I do.

Thses are hp movie vs book differences. This is not ranked it is just a list of them with a little description about what it is and why I like it or not. And when I mention the Professors of Hogwarts I will say that they are a professor because why not? This is my opinion, now lets get started.

10. The sorting ceremony

Every time before the sorting the sorting hat sings a song about the houses and it's personality but in the movies they don't do that at all. That difference is really weird because the songs are really fun and I wish that they put it in the movies.

9. Hearing voices

Ok this is probably the worst difference the movies ever made. When Harry hears voices that no one else can hear Ron says 'Hearing voices no one else can hear isn't a good thing even in the wizarding world'. But in the movies Hermione says that not Ron which is really weird because it sounds as if Hermione grew up in the wizarding world. I know Hermione is smart but that doesn't mean that she know everything. 

8.  The quidditch cup

I really wich that the movies added the fact that Gryffindor won the quidditch (don't judge if I spelled quidditch wrong) cup after like 7 years. I mean everyone was happy even professor Mcgonagall and it was wood last year so it's nice to see them win the cup.

7. The Marauders

The marauders are the worst trouble markers of Hogwarts history according to professor Mcgonagall but I think the worst trouble makers of Hogwarts history are FRED AND GEORGE! Anyways in the movies they don't mention a word about the marauders and how they made the map. Professor Lupin was part of the marauders so it makes no sense not to at leasst say that he is part of the marauders. The third book is my favourite so I wish they added that.

6. HARRY DID YOU PUT YOUR NAME IN THE GOBLET OF FIRE?!

Yeah this difference is a bit funny but at the same time Dumbledore in the books said it very calmly so what the problem of just saying it calmly? I mean it is kind of funny and people make a meme out of it but just to tell you if you haven't read the books then you might not know the fact that DUMBLEDORE IS CALM!

5. SPEW

In the books Hermione is literally loves hosue elves. She is a bit dumb because she doesn't know that normally house elves like to be slaves not free. Only Dobby wants to be free because he is with the Malfoys. In the movies they don't mention SPEW at all (and it is stands for the society for the promotion of the elfish welfare).

4. Thesrals

Luna is a really nice character so it does make sense to make Luna introduce them to Harry. And I think it's better to make Luna introduce them to Harry instead of Hagrid because after all she can see them because she witnessed her mother's death.

3. Voldy's death

Voldemort's death is even different from movie to book. This is the weirdest difference ever. In the book voldy (or you-know-who or Voldemort) dies like a normal person because he is a normal person. In the movies though  he spilts into 100000000000000000000000000000000 pieces.

2. On the train

Ok this is funny when Draco stomps on Harry's face because his father is in askaban Tonks is the one who takes Harry off of the train not Luna. I mean Luna should be already off of the train not staying on the train. It makes no sense and you could just get Tonks to get her off the train so we can see her pratronus change (don't judge if I spelled pratronus wrong).

1. Percy in the battle of Hogwarts

This is Percy's redemtion when he comes to the battle of Hogwarts and says sorry to his family.  It's really nice but the movies didn't put Percy in the battle of Hogwarts.  And also if Percy wasn't there Fred wouldn't have dies with a laugh on his face becasue Percy says a joke so Fred laughs.

Foreshadowing in Harry Potter

Here are some examples of foreshadowing in Harry Potter. Some of these are from my brain and others are from a youtube channel called Movieflame or screenrant. 

1. In the crystal ball Harry sees something

In the third book when Harry was taking his first divination exam Harry makes this really weird thing he said that he sees buckbeak flying away happily. Thought  Harry made this up he did actually predict something because later in the book buckbeak does escape (with the help of Hermione and Harry) with Siruis on his back and they both fly away.

2. Siruis Black

When you are asked "when was Siruis Black first mentioned?" your answer would probabaly be in the thrid book but actually he was first mentioned in the first book. When Dumbledore asks Hagrid where he got the flying moterbike from he answers "Borrowed it from Siruis Black sir". This foreshadows what a big role Siruis is going to play in the later books.

3. The room of requirment

In the fourth book before the ball (I think) Dumbledore says he went past a bathroom which he never found again. That room was infact the room of requirment which turned into a bathroom because he needed to go to the bathroom.

4. The vanishing cabinet

I the fifth book when Harry, Ron, Hermione and the Weasley twins were talking about losing house points idk which tiwn but one of them siad that they put montauge head first into a cabinet when he tried to take points from them. Then he disappeared. That cabinet was the vanishing cabinet which coneected to borgin and burkes.

5.  Aberforth Dumbledore

In the 5 book (again) when they were planning Dumbledore's armyin the Hogs head J.K. Rowling wrote 'A grumpy looking man was standing and looked fimmilary to Harry'. That grumpy man was Aberforth, Albus's younger brother. Her plays a big role in The 7th book.
